Which tools does Interago integrate with natively?
Interago uses webhooks, which work with any tool that accepts HTTP POST requests — HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, and thousands of others.
What does the webhook payload look like?
JSON. Includes: participant name, email, all form fields, each question + answer, total score, percentage, pass/fail status, quiz ID, timestamps, and any UTM parameters from the quiz URL.
How many retries happen on failure?
Up to 5 retries, with delays of 1s, 5s, 30s, 5min, and 30min. If all retries fail, the delivery is marked as failed in the log.
Can I add authentication headers to the webhook?
Yes — add custom headers (e.g., Authorization: Bearer ...) to your webhook configuration. Headers are stored encrypted.
Is there a limit on how many webhooks I can configure?
Starter: 1 webhook per quiz. Pro: unlimited webhooks per quiz.
Can I filter which submissions trigger a webhook?
Yes — you can choose to fire only on "pass", only on "fail", or on every submission regardless of score.
