By accessing or using the Interago platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Interago provides a cloud-based platform for creating interactive quizzes, capturing leads, generating certificates, and integrating with third-party services via webhooks. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Interago and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service (quizzes, forms, etc.). By using the Service, you grant Interago a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and LGPD) with respect to the data you collect from quiz participants.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Interago be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
