Can I reset the leaderboard for a new round?
Yes — reset the leaderboard from the quiz dashboard. Previous data is archived and accessible in exports.
Does the leaderboard show real names?
By default, yes. You can configure it to show only first names, or let participants choose their display name during lead capture.
Is the leaderboard available on all plans?
Leaderboards are available on Pro and Enterprise plans only.
Can I limit who appears on the leaderboard?
You can set a minimum score threshold — participants below it are excluded from the ranking.
Does the embed update automatically?
Yes — the embedded leaderboard uses a polling mechanism that refreshes every 10 seconds.
